Top End trees grow fast and big. Between the build-up, wet season storms and cyclone season, a tree that looked fine a year ago can become a real risk to your roof, fence or family. We give you an honest assessment and a fixed quote — no messing around.

Tree removal in tight Darwin backyards
Plenty of Darwin homes — especially elevated houses and newer Palmerston estates — have little or no side access. That doesn't stop us. We climb and dismantle the tree piece by piece, lowering each section on ropes so nothing hits your roof, solar panels, pool or fence.
For trees near powerlines we'll tell you straight what we can and can't do, and if Power and Water needs to be involved we'll explain how that works.

Tree Removal FAQs
How long does tree removal take?+
Most residential tree removals in Darwin take a few hours. Large trees, tight access or several trees can take a full day. We'll give you a time estimate with your quote.
Do I need a permit to remove a tree on my property?+
Generally not for a tree wholly on your private residential block. Verge trees, heritage-listed trees and native vegetation on larger rural blocks can have rules. We'll check before we cut.
Is stump grinding included?+
Stump grinding is quoted separately so you can choose. Many customers add it on so the area can be re-turfed or built on.
Can you remove a tree with no side access?+
Yes. We climb and lower the tree in sections, then carry the timber out through the house gate or over the fence line if needed.
Do you take the wood away?+
Yes, branches are chipped on site and removed. If you'd like to keep firewood or mulch, just let us know.
